PBS provides janitorial services for high rise office buildings, industrial space, technology environments, medical facilities, and more. In addition to standard cleaning services, PBS offers special services to cover unique or unexpected situations. We employ advanced techniques to treat many different types of stains or spills on a variety of surfaces. Our supervisors and managers have experience working with both common and infrequent cleaning challenges. And for those rare circumstances where we cannot solve the problem ourselves, PBS will coordinate the services of one of our Alliance Partners to ensure the job is handled smoothly and professionally.

Our managers will develop this plan with you to ensure the job specifications meet your requirements and so both PBS and the customer clearly understand the expectation level. This documented program will provide the roadmap to a successful relationship and also provide a useful measurement tool. After the customized cleaning program is established and work begins, our unique Quality Assurance Program takes over and ensures that the quality of work stays at the highest possible level on a consistent basis.
